Discretionary Money Management
Discretionary money management is the backbone of Praxis’
business, and is based on the analytical principles learned in
InvestAcademy. This service is designed for busy individuals who
wish to have full-time portfolio management and the benefits of
decision-making by seasoned professionals.
Money management services are billed a quarterly fee based on a
percentage of portfolio value. Our fee-based structure eliminates
compensation-based conflicts of interest and provides an incentive
for us to perform well, since our business grows only as client
accounts grow. We do not receive commissions of any kind on client
transactions.
This approach also provides incentives to work with clients over
the long haul, as clients’ continued satisfaction is the key to our
compensation.

Investment Counseling
Investment counseling provides the valuable “second opinion” that
many investors seek. This service provides an evaluation of a
portfolio, and recommendations for changes. Praxis, however, does
not take discretion to implement changes, leaving the client free to
execute trades how and where they wish.
It can also take the form of providing retirement projections for
clients, college funding projections, or other needs that
individuals and business owners must address. These non-securities
related projects often provide the basic guidelines that clients may
then use in the implementation of an investment strategy.
This service is billed at an hourly rate, analogous to fees
charged by CPAs or attorneys.
InvestAcademy, our one-day class, teaches a method for selecting
mutual funds and equities by examining and quantifying seven crucial
fundamental and technical factors in a scorecard format.
InvestAcademy is not just another academic or theoretical exercise,
but a practical application for security analysis and monitoring.
InvestAcademy tuition is $ 99 for an individual, and $ 49 for
each additional student (spouse, friend), which includes the classroom and tutorial sessions and all
materials.
